Why Gastrofutura?
To be inspired and to inspire others to embrace a more mindful and balanced approach to eating. It’s surprising that in Switzerland, a country with over 28,000 restaurants, fewer than 20 are certified organic.

What’s your goal?
We want to be pioneers in regenerative gastronomy. That means food that’s not only good for you but also supports healthy ecosystems. We believe that good food and a healthy planet should go hand in hand, and we’re here to prove it.

What’s your vision for the restaurant of the future?
A place where food connects us with nature and brings people together.
