Ingredients:
- 700 g bell peppers (4 pieces)
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- 100 g rice
- 135 g onions
- 60 g carrots
- 40 g tomato paste
- 20 ml cream
- 4 g salt
- 2 g pepper
- 2 g paprika powder
- 6 g parsley
- 4 g sugar
Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Finely chop the onions and carrots.
- Brown the ground meat in a pan. Add the chopped onions and carrots and sauté together with the meat.
- Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and sugar. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
- Wash the bell peppers, cut off the tops, and remove the seeds.
- Evenly fill the bell peppers with the meat mixture and place the tops back on.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Pour the cream over them and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake the stuffed peppers in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40–45 minutes, until the peppers are soft.
